SURFACE PREPARATIONSurfaces to receive Epoxy.com Product #220 Epoxy Rebar Touch Up Coating should be dry and free of oil, grease, dust, scale, rust and damaged coating. Stir Components "A" and "B" thoroughly before mixing. Combine one part by volume of "A" with one part by volume of "B" (mixing ratio 1:1). Mix for not less than three minutes, using a slow speed drill, (300 to 600 rpm) and an Epoxy.com Mixing Paddle. When mixing has been completed, cover mixed material and allow an induction time of not less than 45 minutes before application. COVERAGEEpoxy.com Product #220 Epoxy Rebar Touch Up Coating when applied at an approximate rate of 300 square feet per gallon will provide a film thickness of 5.25 mils wet and 3.75 mils dry. Avoid breathing vapor. Keep container closed. Use with adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly after handling.
