Epoxy Systems, Inc. offers a wide variety of
Seamless Industrial Flooring Materials. Your industrial flooring needs may be as simple
and inexpensive as EpoxySystems' Product #850 (50% Solids - Penetrating
Epoxy Sealer). It may require special materials like EpoxySystems' Vinyl Ester Systems, EpoxySystems' Product #630 or #633 Epoxy Novolac
Coating, or one of our other special flooring products.
Your requirements may require decorative materials
like EpoxySystems' Product #66 #67 & 68 Colored Aggregates or EpoxySystems' Seamless Resurfacing Chips. Both are very durable, and
both can produce stunning results.

a 100% solids Lo-Mod Low Viscosity adhesive used as a binder for epoxy
mortar systems in patching and grouting applications, as a seal coat for
non-skid surfaces outside, and as a primer to insure high bond strength for
coatings and patches.

solids flexible epoxy joint filler for saw-cut joints of concrete slabs on

edges.

a two component, seamless 100% solids epoxy primer system

as a primer for most High End Industrial coatings, like Epoxies, MMA,

- EpoxySystems' Product #15 Chemical
Resistant Flooring Resin - a two component, seamless 100% solids epoxy
resurfacing system with High Chemical Resistance. It may be applied as a
coating, or combined with silica sand or EpoxySystems' multi-colored quartz
aggregate to produce a durable, easy to maintain floor, on both new and old
surfaces.
- Product #16 Epoxy Mortar Resin
- a two-component, 100% solids epoxy resin system, mixed at a 1:1 ratio by
volume. Epoxy Systems’ Product #16, mixed with up to 3 parts dry EpoxySystems’
Product #75 Filler produces an economical, high-strength epoxy mortar. Product
#16 exceeds the requirements of ASTM C-881-78, Grade II, Classes A, B & C,
Types I & III. Product #16 is recommended for use in dry environments only.
- Product #17 Decorative Stone
Overlays - a two component, 100% solids high-mod epoxy adhesive used
for bonding stone and other aggregates in all types of flooring applications.
Some uses would include patios, pool decks, walkways and other areas where a
long wearing and decorative system is desired.
- Product #18 General Purpose
Epoxy - a hard set epoxy compound formulated for general use. Product #18
cures at room temperature and is a low viscosity system. This durable,
resilient material requires no post curing to achieve permanent bond strength.
Mixing ratio of 1 to 1 makes this product easy to use. Product #18 solves many
difficult bonding, and epoxy mortar problems. Product has the ability to bond
to a variety of substrates including cannot dry and hard to dry surfaces.
- Product #19 Epoxy Mortar -
a multi-function liquid applied, 100% solids epoxy binder and mortar system
with excellent wear, and chemical resistance. Product #19 is an excellent
general purpose material with excellent clarity and color retention. It is
essentially odorless and so it can be used in occupied areas.
- Product #20
Epoxy Grout - a moisture insensitive,
two-component, 100% solids epoxy resin system manufactured specifically for
use in temperatures of 40°F and below. It is recommended for injection or
anchor-bolt grouting in the neat state or as a mortar when mixed with up to 3
1/4 parts of Product #76 -Epoxy Filler (by volume). PRODUCT #20 exceeds most
requirements of ASTM C-881-90, Types I, Grade 1, Class A.
- Product #21
Pumpable Mortar can be used underwater - a
Pumpable Epoxy Mortar that is a moisture
insensitive, two-component, 100% solids epoxy resin. This material is
specifically designed for use in marine environments, but can be used in wet
or dry strippable form applications. #21 can be pumped or poured into the void
created between the existing structure and the Epoxy Systems’ Corrosion Free
Jacket. Dewatering is not required.

Epoxy Mortar that is a moisture insensitive,

409 Traffic Bearing Membrane
is a
Resilient Traffic Bearing Membrane is a 100%
solids, ambient cure impermeable elastomer. PRODUCT #409 is resistant
to moisture, oils, mild acids, gasoline, and alkalies. PRODUCT #409
when applied to concrete or other surfaces, is resilient and accommodates
movement in concrete substrates. PRODUCT #409 is used as a traffic
bearing membrane or non-skid coating that retains color and physical
properties when exposed to harsh UV conditions.

Bearing Membrane System is a tough, resilient system with excellent
elongation. It is applied as a 3-step system - consisting of a primer,
traffic bearing membrane - 2 coats, and sealer. It cures at ambient

Coating a
moisture-cured, liquid applied, polyurethane, based on Aliphatic Isocyanides in
combination with additives and pigments to produce a wear resistant, protective
and decorative floor coating, for interior and exterior applications. It is
primarily used as the protective topcoat of the 450
and 450X2 deck coating systems, but when
used with the proper primer, can be used as a stand alone coating.

Elastomeric Multi-Colored Decking System is a liquid-applied,
single-component, moisture-cured, polyurethane deck covering system. For
waterproofing patios, sundecks, stairways, balconies, etc. Product #430
can be used on all decks where a skid-resistant, long-lasting, wear-resistant,
water-proof surface is required. It may be used on new decks as well as on old
concrete decks which are damaged, or cracked. The system is suitable for
exterior as well as interior applications in all kinds of climates. The
coating retains its elastomeric properties in below freezing weather as well

in minutes to provide a tough chemical and abrasion resistant coating. This
reaction is very fast, with typical working times of less than 15 minutes.

is a Polymer Concrete methyl
methacrylate (mma) reactive resin is used as a binder to develop polymer
concrete which produces extremely high strength and chemical resistance with

preproportioned hardener filler is mixed either in the polyethylene bag or
