SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces to be repaired must be clean of dirt, grease and oil. For best results, remove contamination with abrasive blasting and non-flammable cleaner/degreaser, making sure all dust is removed.

MIXING

For kilogram units, mix entire contents of activator with base. Mix thoroughly for a minimum of 3 minutes, to produce a streak-free mixture. If entire unit is not mixed at one time, measure accurately 4.5 volumes of base to 1 volume of activator and mix thoroughly. Scrape sides and bottom frequently to insure complete mixing.

APPLICATION

Apply by brush or applicator. Material should be applied 15 mils thick each coat; minimum two (2) coats. Second coat, and subsequent coats, should be applied as soon as possible and certainly within twenty-four (24) hours; otherwise, brush-blasting will be necessary. Material can be heat cured for two (2) hours at 200 degrees F to achieve ultimate properties.

YIELD

One (1) kg. kit will yield approximately 35 cu. in., 12 sq. ft. per 15 mils.

PACKAGING

Available in one (1) kg. units.

LIMITATIONS

Material should be used in 40degrees to 90 degrees F temperatures and less than 90% humidity.
